A perfect perching portrait blocked in black sinimay and trimmed in hand made polka dot silk flowers. Shown in black and white but can be custom designed for you. This hat is slightly perching and is worn with an elastic at the back. Headsize is taken but remember it is a percher so fits at the top of the crown of the head. Black is in stock as shown size 22 3/4 inches worn with elastic to perch so fits most.
